CONSUMER ALERT—FRAUDULENT EMAIL INVOICE SCAM
It has come to our attention that a scammer is sending fake invoices that appear to be from Stoneleigh Recovery Associates via an email from Sighted. These emails are being sent to consumers that do not have an account in our office for collection. If you received an email invoice from SRA—and you didn’t request the invoice—then the invoice is a fraud! Do not click on the link. Do not pay the invoice.
SRA does not email consumers without the consumer’s request. SRA does not use Sighted.com to send any emails to consumers. In fact, SRA does not send invoices to consumers. All legitimate communications will be in the form of a letter mailed to a consumer’s home or an email sent from an email address ending in @stoneleigh.biz or noreply-stoneleighrecovery.com.
