How to file a complaint with Stoneleigh Recovery Associates
Filing your complaint directly with SRA is the best way to resolve your concerns.
Stoneleigh Recovery Associates takes all feedback seriously. When a complaint is posted online, it is the policy of SRA to log, investigate and review the complaint with executive management in order to resolve the matter amicably. However, online reviews often do not contain enough information to properly identify and investigate the consumer’s issue.
In order to properly resolve a complaint, we need information such as your complete first and last name, your SRA account number (or the original account number), complete address, or the phone number(s) SRA called to reach you. Once we have this information, we determine whether an employee violated our policies or procedures and whether disciplinary action is necessary.
In order to protect your private information and resolve your concerns, we suggest filing your complaint directly with SRA. There are a few ways to file a complaint with us:
Call our office and ask to speak with a manager
Complaint calls are directed to a department manager. The department manager will attempt to resolve all of your concerns.
Call our toll-free number at 866-724-2330 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (CST) Monday through Thursday, or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) on Fridays. Let the agent know you’d like to speak with a manager in order to submit a complaint. Representatives are required to escalate complaints to a manager regardless if the representative feels the complaint is substantiated or not.
You will need to provide identifying information so that the manager can pull up your account. The manager will take your information and submit the complaint to our compliance department for an investigation.
Mail in your complaint
Written complaints are also forwarded to the compliance department for investigation.
If you choose to mail in your complaint, please be sure to include as much information as possible regarding your account such as your complete first and last name, your SRA account number (or the original account number), complete address, or the phone number(s) SRA called to reach you.

You may submit a complaint by using our Contact Us form on our website. Be sure to mark your request type as a complaint and input all required fields.
Please note: SRA honors and investigates all complaints received by our office. However, these three methods ensure our ability to identify your account, investigate your complaint and take disciplinary action when necessary.
Further, escalation to a manager is required for all complaints in order to determine the root cause of the consumer’s issue, concern or problem.
